New Patients As a new patient at Lake Zurich Chiropractic, you can expect your first visit to our office to take forty-five minutes to an hour. The thorough new patient exam at Gurnee Chiropractic begins with a detailed health survey you will be asked fill out when you arrive, along with your personal and insurance information. This takes most people fifteen minutes. When the paperwork is complete, the doctor will conduct a detailed health history and physical exam. The exam may include blood pressure, temperature, pulse, height and weight, orthopedic tests, neurological tests, chiropractic tests, and X-rays if necessary. This portion of your exam takes between fifteen and thirty minutes. After the exam, the Doctor will discuss recommendations for a treatment plan. This may include physiotherapy modalities, supervised therapeutic exercise, and chiropractic manipulation, massage therapy. If appropriate, you will receive your first chiropractic treatment for your condition, which takes between five and fifteen minutes.   Return to Our Services
